Mahmut Gokmen, 27 from Turkey, was discovered by a Summer Pointe Apartment maintenance worker around 8 a.m., according to a press release from the Norman Police Department.
Gokmen was teaching a geography class during summer school. His wife in Turkey has been notified, according to Capt. Leonard Judy, public information officer for the department.
