Ashleigh & I got to go to the theatres and see Wall-E and Wanted this weekend. Wall-E was just as good as I’d anticipated, with plenty of laughs and lots of cute little robots. The love story that developed between Wall-E & “Eeeevvaahhh” was, as Ashleigh put it, “cute & romantic.”
Wanted’s special effects were outstanding. The movie has a poor plot, but the cast is dynamite and the action made the movie a must-see for me, and I really enjoyed it.
Congrats to Fresno State, the lowest-seeded team to ever reach the College World Series final, and the lowest-seeded team to ever win the College World Series.
