Last night I finally saw Blake’s house. It’s not as small as he let on. I could make do, I think. I met a lot of people last night, and sadly, I can only remember a few names. But, circles in Norman cross frequently. It’s Sunday, the last day off before the work week begins again (as if you didn’t know that already). The weeks are passing by rather quickly. It’ll be August tomorrow… tomorrow! Insane.
I enrolled in my final class for the fall semester the other day. It’s a big relief to be enrolled. I’m uncharacteristically nervous about the upcoming semester. Maybe that anxiety is because it’s a much larger school than I’m familiar with. I’m not as lost as I’ve been in the past when I walk the campus, but I’m still lost, nonetheless.
Since I’ll be relocating to Norman, I’m in need of a job that works with school schedules. I’ve already experimented with food & retail industries, and I’m against working in those industries again, which limits me in job selection. But, I’m confident in my abilities & in finding a substantial source of income for the fall… so, no worries!
I guess this can be my low-thought rambling for the week.
I signed up with T-Mobile today and officially dumped Cingular & Alltel. I’ve had my phone for only a few hours and I’m very excited. My number has been totally switched over already (they said it could take as long as 3 days) and the phone quality is great. I went with the Samsung E335. I got a good deal on it, and it was what I’m looking for… so purchasing it was ideal. No more big phone bills!!

Lance Armstrong finished his 7th straight Tour de France victory trek as strongly as his first. How fitting for a man who battled & defeated cancer. This latest victory will indeed be Armstrong’s last.
Armstrong’s new record of seven wins confirmed him as one of the greatest cyclists ever, and capped a career where he came back from cancer to dominate cycling’s most prestigious and taxing race.
